DETAILS:
Provider offers in-home hearing care for elderly and non-mobile clients. Desired a hearing solution with excellent sound quality, was easy to dispense and could be branded with their practice name. Interton was able to provide private label solution on a digital trim pot product within 30 days of request. Provider is now able to begin branding campaign to increase awareness of their unique services.

Government provider desired improved full product offering from their contract vendor. Their practitioners wanted higher technology offerings across all categories. Interton worked with the products available throughout GN to create the right combination of overall products to meet this need, resulting in almost a complete change to products on the contract within six months of government agency request.

Faceplate customer desired quick growth and expansion through streamlined product offering. Customer needed support to upgrade their manufacturing facility and wanted to focus on one company's products in order to improve overall turn times and reliability. Interton was able to provide ongoing training to dispensing and manufacturing staff to provide desired growth and overall improvement in quality.

Customer wanted Interton to customize an existing product so that it could be sold at a price point that would meet government coverage for hearing devices. Working with the customer, Interton was able to design and implement product changes to be able to provide unique solution within 60 days of initial request.

Interton was asked to create an easy to use software program that would allow consumers to "try" hearing aids during external consumer events. This "Shop in a Box" program was designed to provide consumers with a new way to experience the benefits of amplification, encouraging them to seek appropriate hearing health care.
